Vendor Applications Now Open

The Bengies Drive-In Theatre is accepting vendor applications for our Easter Egg Hunt event on Saturday, April 4, 2026.

We are looking for a small group of family-friendly vendors offering handmade arts and crafts, spring and Easter-themed goods, baked goods, packaged treats, and other unique items that fit the tone of the event.

This is our first year offering vendor spaces for this event, and we are keeping the vendor area intentionally small and carefully curated.

Vendor Details

Each approved vendor will receive a 10 x 10 space.
There is no vendor fee this year.
Vendors may arrive as early as 1:30 PM.
All vendors must be fully set up by 2:30 PM.
The event runs until 4:30 PM, and vendors are expected to remain set up for the full event.
No electricity will be provided.
Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, and display materials.

Please Note

This is a family-friendly event with children in attendance. All products and displays must be appropriate for that audience.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be selected based on product fit, available space, and overall event balance.

Bengies reserves the right to decline vendors whose products compete too directly with Bengies concession offerings or do not fit the event.
